What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject on villa availability.
Do you offer airport or pier transfer service?
Yes, we offer private transfer services upon request for an additional fee. Please provide your arrival details at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before your arrival.
How far is the villa from the airport, Chaweng, or popular attractions?
Samui Airport is approximately 20–30 minutes away by car, and Chaweng Center is about 25–35 minutes, depending on traffic.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes, there is private or on-site parking (limited spaces). Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring more than one car.
Is Wi-Fi available and how fast is it? Is it free?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all villas, suitable for general work and streaming. If you require high-speed internet for heavy use, please let us know in advance.
How often is housekeeping provided?
Housekeeping and linen/towel changes are provided every 3 nights for standard stays. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged upon request at an extra charge.
Are pets allowed?
Pet policies vary by villa. Please inform us about your pet before booking. A deposit or cleaning fee may apply.
Do the villas have private or shared pools?
Each villa’s details specify this information. Some villas offer private pools, while others may share access. Please check the villa listing page.
Do the villas include kitchen facilities and a washing machine?
All villas feature a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, cookware). Villas also include a washing machine — please check each villa’s details.
Do you accept credit cards, or is it cash only?
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments via our online booking system (a service fee may apply). Please check the payment page when booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate (Flexible / Moderate / Strict). Each rate type clearly displays its policy during booking. Please review before confirming your reservation.
Are there any additional charges?
Cleaning fees (if applicable), local taxes, transfer fees, or additional requested services will be shown before final payment.
Is the villa safe for families with children?
The property is generally safe, and nearby beaches are regularly patrolled. However, parents should supervise children at all times, especially near the pool or beach areas.
Do you provide baby equipment (baby cot/high chair)?
Limited baby equipment is available. Please request in advance to ensure availability.
Can you arrange private chefs or activities?
Yes, we collaborate with local partners to provide private chefs, tours, spa services, and more. Please inquire in advance for availability.
Are parties or loud events allowed?
Parties, loud gatherings, or events with guests exceeding the villa’s capacity are not permitted. Violations may result in fines or eviction.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
This depends on villa availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays provided. Cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in restricted areas.
Can I request a tax invoice or official receipt?
Yes, please provide your billing details or company information before payment or during check-out.

What if something goes wrong (power outage, issue in villa, etc.)?
Our on-island maintenance and support team will respond quickly to resolve any issue. Your comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities

Do I need to rent a car or motorbike to get around?
While you can easily book taxis or private transfers, renting a car or motorbike is recommended for exploring the island at your own pace. We can help arrange this before your arrival.
